
About Adrienne Lindholm
Adrienne Lindholm manages the Wilderness Stewardship Program for the National Park Service in Alaska. In addition to A Journey North: One Woman’s Story of Hiking the Appalachian Trail, she’s the author of several backpacking guidebooks. Her work has appeared in Backpacker, Literary Mama, Sierra, AMC Outdoors, The Rumpus, Silk Road Review, and Bugle. She recently adopted a baby girl from Honduras and is putting the finishing touches on an Alaskan memoir, to be published in 2018 by Mountaineers Books.
