About Adrienne Benson Scherger

Adrienne Benson Scherger is an American who spent much of her life overseas. She grew up in Africa and, after college, served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Nepal. Travel and the expatriate life inform much of her writing, some of which has appeared in Brain, Child; The Foreign Service Journal; The Washington Post and several anthologies. Currently she is finishing a novel about American women in Kenya. She lives in Washington, DC with her family.
